Genna LOVED them-- when I would get out a disposable for an outing--she say "NO--I want Fuzzibunz!"

Unfortunately I couldn't talk Grandma into using them, so we only used them at home. Grandma still thinks all cloths are like the ones from the dark-ages :)

But, now, Genna (32 mo) has been accident-free for the last week and a half and even wore her big-girl undies to school today! YIPPEE!!

I'm sure baby Bakers is loving her fuzzibunz!Christinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12798282017391489597noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4889285100215644787.post-56068247633619465352010-11-02T22:29:13.548-05:002010-11-02T22:29:13.548-05:00@Laura...that's interesting about the rashes! ...@Laura...that's interesting about the rashes! Really shows how two babies can be so different...In our case my baby has only gotten rashes when I've switched back to a disposable (I had 1/2 a pack left when I received my CD's and 'thought' I'd use them up for outings or rainy weather). It's strange though because rashes with disposables weren't an issue until I'd switched to CD's.

Oh, and forgot to say in my other post...YES, they are very addictive! It was so hard not to go over my budget with all the adorable styles and patterns! (But I mostly behaved...until/unless she grows out of my current stash!)nepamomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13834878559964212141noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4889285100215644787.post-90792765978558572182010-11-02T22:28:41.777-05:002010-11-02T22:28:41.777-05:00@Laura...that's interesting about the rashes! ...@Laura...that's interesting about the rashes! We use bumgenius one size and I really like them though i have never used another brand, so i can't really compare.

I am not a hard core user - if baby is in the church nursery or we are on a family trip to the zoo or something then I go back to disposable.

Also, two of my cloth babies got diaper rash if I kept them in cloth 24/7. the "perfect recipe" for each of them was to do cloth all day and a disposable through the night. Kept away the rash and kept momma happy :)laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14427417873404730637noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4889285100215644787.post-23242856657292707592010-11-02T20:31:13.523-05:002010-11-02T20:31:13.523-05:00I started cloth diapering my little one back in Se...I started cloth diapering my little one back in September and LOVE it also! She's our 9th total and just 1 day older than your sweet girl.
I would suggest getting some basic fitted diapers (the kind that are not waterproof and need covers) and pairing them with the Chinese AIO's. I do that with mine and it works wonderful...use 2 fitted for even better overnight protection.
My other AIO's and fitted's are various brands, with no particular difference between them. I do love my Nikky's covers though. I bought my entire stash from ebay as well...one seller except for my 2 Chinese AIO's (and I managed to snag them, new, for $1.04 plus shipping!)

Do you use cloth wipes as well? I didn't at first until I realized it would be so much easier with CD's. All I did for mine was I bought and cut up (ok, had my oldest DD cut up!) 4 thrift store receiving blankets...$3.60 for more wipes than I will ever need!

I just found your blog and hope to be a devoted follower. Our littlest ones are so close in age and I love connecting with other big families!nepamomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13834878559964212141noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4889285100215644787.post-58973562134534127222010-11-02T17:42:04.309-05:002010-11-02T17:42:04.309-05:00I like our fuzzi bunz too! I also love our fitted WAHM diapers for just around the house. Some of my favorites are from hyenacart.com - bebe britches, doodle dypes, and bagshot row bamboo. There are so many options but those are just a few of my faves :)Beautiful Chaoshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08642384614592724744noreply@blogger.com
