*We went on a family vacation & Kissed a dolphin!
*We got 3 out of 4 ALMOST completely potty trained RAISE THE ROOF!!!
*We got to share our story on National TV twice.
*Nick and his buddy survived their first trip to STURGIS.
*I got to travel and share my story nationally in Utah!
*Started a Blog-we have already met people who are blessing our life through this!
*Been blessed by a wonderful family & friends!
The Captain has just returned from his New Year Harley ride with his friends "Sonic Rider" and "Trailer Man". THEY ARE NUTS! It's only 28 degrees! Even with my chaps on I wouldn't even think about it!
So it's time to go make my chocolate chip pancakes, hash browns and bacon AND the best part??? I'm still in my jammies!! Maybe I'll start that diet NEXT YEAR! Blessings & HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!

I like your changes for 2009. We need to make some around here as well. Thanks for the motivation.
And WOW...that is a lot of farm to take care of.
We have been remodeling our house for almost two years (next month) and it STILL is not done. We hope to finish by spring and put it up for sale.

You and The Captain look so cute together in that picture by the tree!
I love the idea of having goals for every member in your family...not just the adults. (:

Jen,
What happened to the link you had at the bottom of the blog to the family of the man(Lamberth?) who was injured? I have been following it through your blog and it isn't there anymore...or I just can't find it.
Thanks,
Amanda

Sounds like you are off to a great start!!! You sure put me to shame, all I have thought about the last 24 hours is SLEEP!!! I really should make out a list like you have done here, I think the kids would love it!! Seven children in the house is sure a fun hands on life!!! Happy New Year!!
Happy New Year to you and your wonderful family. I hope that all your goals are achieved. If anyone can do it, I know you can.
Goota love it! the beach part sounds great... alone, yes I agree. And a good book. Ok.. so i'm coming to kansas this summer. i want to walk your farm and look for tornados. :) Oh yes, and hear the bugs at night. I couldn't think about riding when it's cold out. do you ride too? i would hold on tight cause actually DRIVING a bike, scares me.
