TWO MAKEOVERS IN ONE DAY-WOW!

It's been a long day...

Between my blog makeover and my appearance on The Tyra Banks Show, I'm WORN SLICK! Two makeovers in one day-almost more than my little brain can take.

First, I want to thank Staci and Steph at BLOGALICIOUS DESIGNS for my GORGEOUS and Blogalicious new blog....I'm in love :)

Now on to my makeover on Tyra...

Step #1 Colored the front of my hair bleach blonde..took hours it seemed

Step #2 Makeup done by Travis and Valente-3 hours

Step#3 HAIR BY OSCAR-The back part was a wig! He's been doing Tyras hair for 16 years

Step#4 Wardrobe by the sweet Yaniece

Step #5 Hung out with the other 3 makeoverees until I went on the show.

Step #6 REVEALED TO MY HONEY! Nick was so sweet and told me I was beautiful!

Step #7 Hanging with McKey-season #11 Next Top Model Winner!

#8 BACK TO NORMAL LIFE WITH MY Beautiful family!

PS-I did get my hair colored back to brown after the show :) Thanks Oscar!

A little PREVIEW of the Tyra Banks Show we will be on Monday December 15th! I can't wait to see how it turns out! One hint......... YOU WILL NOT RECOGNIZE ME!

Shauna is an AMAZING woman who will be on the show with me that runs OPERATION APPRECIATION an organization that sends packages to the US military & a Ms. Tennessee USA 2009 Contestant-a real beautiful girl with a beautiful heart. We had a blast together!

2 HOT MODELS! Show Air Date!

The Tyra Banks Show that we are featured on will be airing on December 15th. I don't get any stations that the show is on out here in the sticks so they will send me a copy after the first of the year. I think you will be surprised AS I WAS when you see it :) Wish I could share my pics but I cannot til after the show airs.

We met a very sweet girl while we were there, since I'm "out of it" when it comes to the latest of pretty much anything, I had no clue that all morning long I was hanging out with a celebrity :) She was such a beautiful young girl both inside and out.

So..............here are the 2 hottest people I hung out with while in NYC.......And they are together! What a coinkydink! It's DEFINITELY hard to tell WHICH ONE IS THE SUPER MODEL don't you think?

Charlie Brown...STILL THE BOMB! SUPER HUMAN GLUE!

We had a busy day bouncing back from Thanksgiving & Black Friday! Busy packing, cleaning and getting ready for our trip to NYC. Thank goodness, Good Ol' Charlie Brown is still on the boob tube and a hit with all kids! Our 6 littles sat mesmerized while we finished our last minute packing. Wyatt is sacked out under his blankie!
The 2 baby boys will go to one friends house, 2 little girls to another and the older 2 to Grandma and Papa's!

Of course you can't leave town without some kind of major stress or emergency :) Jett fell on our granite counter top earlier and split his chin wide open! Thankfully, my friend Gayle came down and watched the kids so both Nick and I could go watch our super human doctor put super human super glue on his chinny chin chin! Praise God for no shot or stitches (brings back traumatizing last trip to ER with Wyatt being wrapped in what the ER DR called "the human burrito" while he received shots and stitches)-whoever invented this SUPER HUMAN SUPER SKIN GLUE is surely SUPER RICH!Please Keep us all in your prayers as we travel away from our babies (VERY TOUGH) We will talk you all you beautiful blogging people when we return!

TYRA BANKS......HERE WE COME!

Nick got a call last Friday that The Tyra Banks Show is interested in our story/my child advocacy work. They are taping a special to be aired before the Christmas holidays about women who have dedicated their lives to a worthy cause!

I feel so blessed to be able to get our story out there and raise awareness about 2 things I am PASSIONATE about-Adoption AND Drug Endangered Children-changing the laws to make moms testing positive for Illegal Substances during pregnancy face mandatory rehabilitation until the birth of their babies. Thank you Lord for giving us this opportunity.

We will be leaving for NYC on November 30th and flying home December 3rd. Please be in prayer with us that all we say & do will glorify HIM! AND we will be sending our kids 3 different places, just pray for their care givers and that we remain healthy and things will run smoothly!
